LamasaTech was engaged by a leading health authority to design self‑service kiosks for collecting patient feedback across multiple hospitals. The brief was to create kiosks to specification that included an incentive to boost participation, and to ensure the captured feedback could be collated and accessed remotely by staff to drive improvements.

LamasaTech delivered end‑to‑end consultancy—system architecture, hardware specification, full renderings and documentation—and specified dual‑screen kiosks that display a feedback form and promotional content, printing a voucher code as an incentive on completion. All responses are aggregated into a central system for remote review, resulting in increased participation and easier access to actionable patient feedback.
