LamasaTech supported Hampshire County Council, which manages numerous country parks, to capture visitor feedback at the point of experience. The council needed an alternative to infrequent, traditional surveys that would deliver real-time, more insightful feedback and enable staff to identify and address issues as they arise.
LamasaTech deployed freestanding, branded Dynamo survey kiosks (hardwired and 4G-enabled) across a pilot set of parks, offering flexible question types and easy site relocation; after a successful trial the council rolled out 13 kiosks. The kiosks produced more frequent, specific and actionable feedback, increased response rates, and allowed staff to make quick fixes based on on-the-spot visitor input.
