LamasaTech developed an interactive product showcase for retailers and event companies to boost brand awareness, product knowledge and sales while capturing marketing data. The challenge was to increase engagement and reward time spent interacting with products by encouraging shoppers to personalise items and form a stronger connection with the brand.
The solution used a large touch screen 3D customiser for the Bubble Watch that let users change colours, swap faces and straps, then receive a location-based voucher on their mobile after entering contact details. This drove higher engagement, streamlined the purchase journey, captured leads for marketing and proved to be an effective, versatile sales tool for high-footfall locations like retail centres and airports.
