American Society of Association Executives streams a 30-minute virtual Summit Awards with LAI Live

The American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) needed to translate its signature annual Summit Awards, a two-decade legacy event, into an effective and enjoyable virtual experience. They partnered with vendor LAI Live and LAI Video to adapt the traditionally in-person program for an online medium while honoring its history and the award recipients.

LAI Live created a web-based platform that incorporated imagery from the event's traditional venue to maintain its legacy feel. The solution included four pre-show virtual experience rooms for networking, a shortened video-driven awards program, and custom videos to recognize winners. This approach by LAI Live successfully delivered a special and memorable event that celebrated the association industry.
