CallTrackingMetrics, an all-in-one conversation platform, needed to strengthen security as it expanded and to achieve SOC 2 compliance to win more enterprise business. To address these challenges, the company turned to Lacework and its cloud security platform alongside AWS.

With Lacework and AWS Graviton on Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3, CallTrackingMetrics gained automated visibility and threat detection that surfaced previously unidentified threats immediately on deployment. Lacework helped the company improve security without adding headcount, freed up budget for growth priorities, and enabled customers to run their own compliant versions of the platform, while also supporting the company’s move to containers and Kubernetes in the future.
