Colegio Nazaret boosts science engagement and grades with Labster in 3 months

Colegio Nazaret, a state-subsidized secondary school in Spain, faced the challenge of engaging students and achieving higher learning outcomes in science, a task made more difficult by the shift to remote learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. To make learning science fun, teacher Guillermo Francisco Rivero turned to Labster and its virtual lab simulations.

Labster provided a solution through its catalogue of gamified science simulations, which were easily implemented in both remote and in-person classrooms. Using Labster resulted in better student engagement, higher motivation, and improved academic results, including a slight increase in average grades. Surveys confirmed positive effects on students' attitudes and problem-solving skills, with some even mastering university-level concepts.
