Labrys partnered with Swell Network, a provider of Ethereum liquid staking and restaking protocols. Swell's challenge was building secure, non-custodial staking infrastructure where any contract vulnerability could lead to a direct loss of user funds. Furthermore, as their vision expanded to include a consumer wallet, they faced the additional UX challenge of hiding complex multi-chain DeFi mechanics behind a simple interface for non-crypto users.

Labrys implemented a full-stack solution across four major delivery phases. This included developing smart contracts for liquid staking and withdrawal infrastructure, building vault products, and creating the Swell Pay consumer wallet app. The multi-year partnership resulted in Labrys building Swell's entire stack from the core protocol up to the consumer-facing product, enabling a seamless user experience for both DeFi and everyday spending.
