Pectra Staking Manager launches validator consolidation in MVP with Labrys

The customer, Pectra Staking Manager, faced the challenge that no user-facing tool existed to access the new validator management capabilities introduced by Ethereum's Pectra upgrade. Institutional stakers needed a usable interface to perform complex operations like validator consolidation without resorting to raw contract interactions. Labrys was engaged to build this solution.

Labrys built a consumer-facing web application featuring a guided validator consolidation flow using EIP-7251 mechanics and EIP-7702 transaction batching to streamline operations. The solution was delivered as a joint initiative with partners PierTwo and Hashlock. As a result, Labrys provided Ethereum validators worldwide with immediate access to new Pectra upgrade features from day one, abstracting away the underlying complexity into a clean, user-friendly interface.
