The University of Valencia relied on more than 600 email lists to connect faculty, staff and roughly 55,000 students, but rapid growth created a heavy administrative burden and slowed servers. To meet the need for a scalable, easy-to-manage mailing-list system, the University evaluated and selected L-Soft's LISTSERV software.

L-Soft implemented LISTSERV with a user-friendly web interface, searchable archives and automated administration, allowing non-technical staff to manage day-to-day lists and freeing IT to focus on strategic work. The change reduced manual workload and supported continued growth — today 644 lists are managed (some with over 3,000 subscribers, average list size about 80) — demonstrating L-Soft’s scalability and reliability.
