NeighborImpact - Customer Case Study
NeighborImpact is a 30-year nonprofit serving Oregon’s Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson counties whose work depends on reliable communication with clients, partners, donors, board members and staff. After operating a fragmented mix of in-house and external list hosting, NeighborImpact moved in summer 2015 to L-Soft’s ListPlex - LISTSERV in the Cloud to support its major communication needs, consolidating outreach across 10 lists with about 2,000 subscribers.
L-Soft implemented its hosted LISTSERV solution, migrating all existing lists into a single, web-manageable system with hands-on support from L-Soft technical staff. The result is consolidated, easier list management and more reliable sending via the LISTSERV web interface, enabling NeighborImpact to expand program lists and offer list management to partner agencies while centrally managing 10 lists and roughly 2,000 subscribers.
