National Corvette Museum - Customer Case Study

The National Corvette Museum, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit celebrating the Corvette, needed a group communication solution to extend its web presence and send timely, targeted news and announcements without third‑party advertising or list restrictions. The museum selected L‑Soft’s LISTSERV® (with plans to use LSMTP® for selected mail‑merge sends) to create and manage custom mailing lists for members, clubs, regional caravans and other interest groups.

With L‑Soft’s solution the museum now operates 48 lists (its largest contains more than 21,000 subscriptions), averaging about 1,600 posts per month and reaching roughly 80,000 recipients; during the 2003 National Corvette Caravan over 6,000 owners used regional lists to coordinate travel. L‑Soft helped increase online and phone gift‑shop orders, improved event communication and volunteer coordination, and provided reliable support while enabling personalized mailings and easier CAN‑SPAM compliance.
