The UCLA Anderson School of Management faced the challenge of helping its MBA students navigate an overwhelming amount of university resources while also reducing the labor-intensive guidance required from its staff. To enrich the process and reduce costs, the school envisioned a generative AI-assisted roadmap and partnered with Kyndryl to co-create a proof of concept for this solution.

Kyndryl collaborated with UCLA and AWS to centralize the school's dispersed data within an AWS environment, utilizing services like Amazon Bedrock. The solution established governance controls to ensure security compliance and developed data models to power the AI's machine learning capabilities.
