Post and Parcel Delivery Company, a large delivery operator in 15 countries, was managing more than 100 workloads across four hyperscale clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alicloud) and two on‑prem data centers, which created redundant IT work and complex cost and control challenges. To simplify operations and consolidate deployments onto a preferred cloud, the company engaged Kyndryl for multi‑cloud management and to migrate workloads to an AWS Control Tower landing zone.

Kyndryl built the AWS landing zone (using AWS Control Tower and CloudWatch), migrated 34 on‑prem workloads in four waves (using Carbonite and re‑platforming Oracle to Amazon RDS), configured Meraki connectivity and put 24x7 monitoring in place. The migration completed in a single month with no business interruption, delivering an AWS environment aligned to security best practices, consolidated billing for predictable costs, and a repeatable blueprint for future migrations.
