National Australia Bank (NAB) faced the technical challenge of modernizing and migrating 23 business-critical applications to the cloud. Kyndryl supported NAB by defining Azure landing zones, creating migration runbooks, and modernizing each application's component stack. The solution was implemented with zero unscheduled downtime and no customer impact. Key results achieved with Kyndryl included enhanced application resiliency, the decommissioning of over 200 servers, and the introduction of automatic cost-saving shutdowns for non-production instances.
