Monjasa offers real-time invoices, orders and carbon emissions with Kyndryl

Monjasa, a global supplier of marine fuels, needed to digitally transform its business processes to increase efficiency and comply with IMO carbon emissions regulations. Their challenge was to empower business users with a Low-Code/No-Code framework while ensuring their existing ERP system remained the trusted system of record. They partnered with vendor Kyndryl to implement this using Microsoft Power Platform.

Kyndryl's solution involved assessing Monjasa's Microsoft Power Platform readiness and building a custom connector to integrate it with the ERP. They established a Microsoft Center of Excellence for governance and used Power BI for reporting. As a result, Monjasa now offers customers real-time views of invoices, orders, and carbon emissions, while business users can create and modify their own applications to improve regional processes. Kyndryl enabled the flexible integration of these new tools across Monjasa's IT estate.
