Leverages cloud to innovate and become a digital banking leader

Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Ltd (Krungsri), the fifth largest financial group in Thailand, needed to become a digital banking leader by expanding online and mobile services and adopting AI, but its legacy on‑premises infrastructure slowed innovation. To accelerate a cloud-first strategy and enable DevOps on public clouds, Krungsri engaged Kyndryl to design, migrate and manage a hybrid cloud environment with AWS as its public cloud provider.

Kyndryl built a secure AWS landing zone (identity and access management, network integration, data security, logging and governance), provided reusable deployment patterns, helped set up a Cloud Center of Excellence, and migrated key applications while delivering 24x7 operations, patching and cost/security management. As a result, Kyndryl enabled centralized monitoring and cost/asset management, extended the security posture to cloud applications, accelerated application development with cloud toolchains, and put Krungsri in a position to rapidly perform additional AWS migrations.
