Andhra Paper Limited, a major paper manufacturer in India, faced the challenge of relocating its mission-critical SAP systems from its US-based parent company to India. This complex move needed to be completed with minimal business disruption and without physical access to the existing data center. To achieve this smooth and cost-efficient separation, the company partnered with vendor Kyndryl.

Kyndryl implemented its Enterprise Application Managed Services for SAP Solutions on IBM Cloud, successfully migrating over 10 TB of data. Following this, Kyndryl assisted Andhra Paper in upgrading to SAP S/4HANA. The results included savings of five full-time employees, a reduction in operational costs, and a month-end closing process that was up to 10% faster, providing deeper financial insights. Andhra Paper credits Kyndryl with enabling a seamless transition that prepared the company for future growth.
