ShareMat partnered with Kuzzle to address the challenge of managing and sharing construction equipment more efficiently. The company wanted to digitize site equipment, improve fleet visibility, and bring a sharing-economy model to the construction industry, using Kuzzle IoT’s Smart Logistics platform along with tools such as Kuzzle Device Manager and Kuzzle Dashboard Builder.

Kuzzle helped ShareMat build a collaborative fleet-management application powered by digital twins for each piece of equipment, combining real-time telematics, maintenance documents, geolocation, alerts, and usage data. The solution now tracks more than 30,000 connected equipment items and supports around 60,000 digital twins, helping users optimize utilization, reduce time spent managing fleets, and increase profitability through better sharing and availability of machines.
