Alès Agglomération, a community of 72 municipalities in France, faced the challenge of managing its dispersed public infrastructure and equipment. Data was locked in departmental silos, preventing a unified view and proactive management. To break down these silos and centralize data for better decision-making, the local authority chose to implement Kuzzle's IoT and territorial hypervision platform.

The solution implemented by Kuzzle involved a platform that aggregated data from IoT sensors, existing systems, and external APIs into a single environment. This provided operational dashboards for monitoring infrastructure. As a result, Alès Agglomération successfully deployed nine active territorial use cases across various domains, including health risk prevention, energy management, and flood risk anticipation. The platform, developed over four years of collaboration with Kuzzle, now supervises over 100 public buildings and 90 classrooms, providing a global view of the territory's operations.
