RWC Partners, an independent investment manager, needed a modern, scalable digital platform to replace an outdated CMS, deliver a fresh responsive design across multiple country sites, and ensure fund factsheets and PDFs were generated from the same up‑to‑date data. To meet these goals they engaged Kurtosys Systems Limited to build the solution, leveraging a WordPress multisite implementation and the Kurtosys data/document platform.

Kurtosys Systems Limited delivered a responsive WordPress multisite covering 17 country sites and two investor types, trained RWC’s marketing team on content management, and ingested fund data into the Kurtosys platform so web pages and factsheets use a single source of truth. The project automated document generation (22 digital factsheets), produces hi‑res PDFs on the fly via Kurtosys HTML‑to‑PDF technology, reduced manual effort, and gave RWC a scalable, search‑optimised site and reporting workflow.
