Commonfund, an independent nonprofit asset manager, needed a modern, responsive website and greater agility for its marketing team after struggling with an inflexible legacy system. To better present frequent content and support a mix of public and gated investor areas (including interactive fund tools and SSO), Commonfund engaged Kurtosys Systems Limited to design and deliver the new platform.

Kurtosys Systems Limited built a WordPress-based responsive site, implemented SSO, added interactive fund tools, integrated HubSpot, Google Analytics/Tag Manager, and deployed the Kurtosys Data application (including a Data Healthcheck). The work let Commonfund track known portal users’ behavior, consolidate fund data for marketing, and vastly improve editorial control—monthly traffic doubled and the marketing team can now update content directly, reducing IT dependency and improving investor reporting.
