The customer, a major east coast university, faced a critical Legionella outbreak across its 95-building campus following an extended shutdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The historic campus's aging infrastructure and stagnant water systems created an environment for the bacteria to grow, resulting in hundreds of positive test samples. The solution proved immediately effective, eliminating detectable Legionella in the first building within seven days.
