KPMG's Remote Teams Keep Connected in Their Fully Custom Virtual Office

KPMG, the global accounting firm headquartered in Toronto, needed a way to keep more than 150 remote employees informed, engaged, and connected after shifting to hybrid/remote work. They turned to Kumospace’s Virtual Office product to recreate the feel of their in-person workspace and support team collaboration, meetings, and social gatherings across distributed locations.

Kumospace helped KPMG build a fully customized virtual office that mirrored one of its real office floors, including multi-level spaces, lounges, a “Clubhouse,” and interactive features like a jukebox, YouTube TV, and customizable furniture and drink options. The result was a more natural, office-like experience where employees could move between conversations and join groups organically, helping KPMG strengthen culture and collaboration in its virtual meetings.
