Streamlining Order Creation Through ERP/TMS Integration Ensures 100% Order Accuracy

Summit Supply, a family-owned direct importer with six U.S. warehouses, faced a highly manual logistics process that required staff to enter orders one-by-one across carrier websites. To eliminate errors and speed order creation, Summit Supply selected Kuebix and its Kuebix TMS to centralize rating and booking and integrate with their ERP.

Kuebix implemented a NetSuite–Kuebix TMS integration that went live in about eight weeks, automatically populating orders from the ERP into Kuebix. The result: 100% order accuracy, automatic BOL generation, reduced freight spend from side-by-side rate comparisons, and an estimated savings of ~2 minutes per order (about 160 minutes saved daily at 80 orders), delivering faster, more accurate shipments for Summit Supply.
