Order and Shipment Integration with EFI Monarch Helps Grandville Printing Continually Improve Its Shipping Operation

Grandville Printing, a third-generation family-owned business and the largest single-site printer in North America, ships roughly 60,000–80,000 skids per year. Their home-grown shipping platform required frequent maintenance, did not integrate with their ERP (EFI Monarch), and left the company with wasted developer time, limited visibility and slow, manual processes. After piloting Kuebix Free Shipper, Grandville evaluated and moved to Kuebix TMS (including Kuebix Business Pro) to replace their in‑house solution.
