AXA Assistance USA, a global insurance and assistance provider, needed to boost employee engagement and ensure consistent peer-to-peer recognition as its offices expanded. To address this, AXA Assistance USA adopted Kudos, using the platform for five years to make appreciation easy, visible, and tied to company values.

AXA implemented Kudos in a “Month of Thanks” campaign where value-tagged Kudos messages (with icons/photos) earned entries into weekly $100 office raffles, monthly leaderboards, and a grand prize of two airline tickets; Kudos’ reporting features also showed which core values were most often recognized. With prompt support from the Kudos concierge team, the program strengthened AXA’s culture of recognition, increased peer appreciation across teams, and provided measurable insights into value-driven behaviors.
