CAAT Sees Improved Employee Engagement by Putting Values First

CAAT Pension Plan, a Toronto‑based financial services organization, faced a rapid shift to remote work and the challenge of keeping employees connected to the company’s mission and core values (Integrity, Teamwork, Impact).
