Questback Simplifies Container Management and Speeds Time to Innovation, Reduces Costs

QuestBack, an online digital survey and market research company, needed to re-architect an inefficient monolithic application into containerized and eventually microservices-based workloads. They wanted to leverage Docker and Kubernetes but lacked the in-house expertise to deploy and operate Kubernetes at scale, and were concerned about vendor lock-in—so they turned to Kublr for a production-ready, vanilla Kubernetes management platform.

Kublr delivered an out-of-the-box Kubernetes control plane with built-in security, HA, backup, centralized logging/monitoring, multi-cluster management and hybrid/multi-cloud support, plus team assistance to accelerate adoption. As a result, QuestBack had its first application running on the new architecture within a week, moved from six-month releases to continuous deployment, cut monthly cloud capacity by 2–3x (about 40% annual operational savings), and reduced incremental customer costs while avoiding cloud vendor lock-in.
