The result was a dramatic improvement in speed and scale: deployment time dropped from 4 hours to a few minutes, weekly deployments rose from 1–30 to 1,600, and the company was able to support 10x engineering growth while also reducing costs through autoscaling and migration from legacy EC2 hosts.
