Tulalip Resort Casino secures its digital future with a move to AV over IP

Tulalip Resort Casino needed a more scalable and flexible digital signage network that could extend throughout its large property, moving beyond the limitations of its hard-wired, matrix-based AV system. To meet this challenge, they partnered with Kramer to implement an AV over IP infrastructure using the Kramer Control system, Kramer Network management tool, and more than 60 KDS-EN6 encoders connected to over 300 KDS-DEC6 decoders.

The Kramer AV over IP solution provided a future-proof 10 GbE backbone that vastly increased the network's capacity and flexibility. This allowed Tulalip Resort Casino to easily manage and distribute content from a central Network Operations Center, support a growing number of displays, and prepare for a future migration to 4K content. The result is a high-performance digital signage network that is easy for their IT staff to control, scale, and troubleshoot remotely.
