The Errigle Inn adds easy Kramer control to deliver excellent customer entertainment

The Errigle Inn, a historic venue in Belfast, faced challenges with its outdated, slow, and inflexible audiovisual system. The old setup was difficult for staff to manage and limited their ability to control content across numerous displays. Seeking a flexible and reliable centrally distributed AV system, the inn partnered with vendor Kramer and integrator Rea Sound for an upgrade.

Kramer implemented a solution using its KDS-EN6 encoders, KDS-DEC6 decoders, and KC-BRAINware control software. This new Kramer system provided an intuitive interface, allowing staff to easily select sources and manage content across 30 displays. The results were significant time savings, freeing managers from AV tasks, and positive customer feedback on the improved entertainment options. The investment delivered both operational and financial benefits for the venue.
