San Mateo County’s Success with Quicklaunch

Kramer's Quicklaunch solution provided an intuitive, integrated UI that allowed users to launch meetings on platforms like Zoom or Teams with a single touch. The system automatically wiped user data after each meeting and integrated room scheduling. The results were highly successful, with the county reporting a drastic reduction in service calls and seamless user adoption. The reliability and ease of use led to installations in 30 rooms with more planned, and the Kramer solution became an integral part of the county's AV strategy.
