A Kramer Case Study
Play City, a chain of sports betting and entertainment centers, required a robust and reliable audio-visual distribution system to dynamically route signals from 32 sources to between 76 and 96 display screens across its large facilities. Faced with electromagnetic interference from other equipment, the company needed a professional solution. Kramer, along with its Sierra Video Systems line, was chosen to handle this critical infrastructure.
Kramer implemented a Sierra Video Systems Yosemite 32x96 composite video routing switcher and a Tahoe 32x32 audio routing switcher, both featuring redundant power supplies for maximum reliability. The system was complemented by Kramer audio pre-amplifiers and distribution amplifiers to integrate various microphone and portable music player signals. This solution provided seamless, intuitive control and ensured high-quality, interference-free audio and video distribution, which is paramount to the customer's entertainment-centered business.
