The customer, T. S. G. Media Ltd., faced the challenge of providing maximum signal routing flexibility for its client, Lloyds No.1 bar, so that any video source could be displayed on any device. They needed a solution to upscale various video formats to match the native resolution of multiple displays, but a scaling matrix was deemed too costly. The vendor, Kramer, provided its ProScale™ Digital Scaler/Switchers to address this need.

Kramer's solution ingeniously utilized four VP-719DS ProScale™ Digital Scaler/Switchers to up-scale and switch between composite video and VGA signals from various sources, including a media server and a satellite decoder. The result was a cost-effective, glitch-free system with clean FTB™ switching that delivered high-quality images to an LCD projector, three plasma screens, and two LCD monitors, offering the client the desired flexibility.
