Preview of the Carversville United Church of Christ Case Study

Carversville United Church of Christ makes Sunday services available to all, from anywhere, with simple AV technology

The Carversville United Church of Christ faced the challenge of enabling live streaming to serve its geographically isolated and health-conscious congregation, particularly its older members. The church needed a solution that was simple to operate, overcame significant network and construction hurdles within its historic building, and remained unobtrusive to maintain the sanctuary's atmosphere. To address this, they partnered with Kramer to implement an AV system.

Kramer provided a solution utilizing HDBaseT transmitters and receivers, a wireless HDMI kit, and an audio embedder to reliably send audio and video signals through the challenging environment. The result was a one-touch streaming system that is so discreet congregants often do not notice it. This Kramer technology successfully allows remote members to participate in worship from home and is operated with the simplicity of a TV remote, ensuring the church's services are accessible to all.
