Akvarelli optimizes new multi-purpose center with Kramer AVoIP solution, enabling flexible education experiences

Forssa Municipality faced the challenge of creating a modern, flexible learning environment in its new Akvarelli multi-purpose education center. The goal was to move away from outdated, complicated technology and implement a cost-effective AV solution that teachers would actually use, allowing them to move freely around their classrooms without being tethered to a specific connection point. The municipality chose to work with vendor Kramer to implement an AVoIP solution.

Kramer provided a complete AVoIP solution built around its KC-Brainware-25 control platform, KDS-6 streaming devices, and KT-107 touch panels. The implementation gave educators the freedom to present from anywhere in the room, created a unified and stress-free teaching experience, and significantly reduced the demand for technical support from the IT department. The system's value was extended as administrators also began using it for daily announcements and security purposes. The success of the project has led Forssa Municipality to plan for expanding the Kramer solution to other schools.
