A residential apartment complex gets complete smart home control with Kramer devices

Kasta Technologies, a provider of smart home automation solutions, partnered with integrator Smart Home Programming & Automation to outfit a new residential apartment building. Their challenge was to give residents control over multiple devices like lighting, fans, blinds, and audio from a single, easy-to-use point. Kramer was selected to provide the control solution for this project.

The solution implemented by Kramer involved installing its SL-240C compact controllers and KT-107 touchscreen panels in all 18 apartments. These Kramer devices seamlessly integrated with the Kasta Plexy Gateway, creating a unified platform. The result was a positive user experience where residents could control their entire apartment effortlessly from a dedicated Kramer touchscreen or their own mobile devices, eliminating the need for multiple apps.
