Privalia, part of Veepee, needed to integrate Salesforce with multiple internal microservices while maintaining strong authorization, security, and data aggregation in the middle layer. Before working with KrakenD, the company faced the challenge of connecting its customer care solution and internal systems without tightly coupling its business logic to Salesforce.

KrakenD provided a single API gateway between Salesforce and Veepee’s microservices, serving as the entry point for all Salesforce endpoints. With JWT-based SSO integration, KrakenD validates token signatures, authenticity, and roles before allowing access, helping Privalia secure real-time transactions, simplify configuration, and reuse existing components while keeping its internal logic decoupled from Salesforce.
