A complete ecosystem for the construction site of the century

The customer, Oosterweelverbinding, is a major infrastructure project managed by Lantis to complete the Antwerp Ring Road and improve regional mobility. The challenge for the various temporary joint ventures constructing the project was to find a unified digital system to manage the complex construction site efficiently and keep all stakeholders aligned. They selected the software vendor KPD for its comprehensive construction ecosystem and sector-specific expertise.

The solution from KPD was the implementation of its integrated software ecosystem, including modules for project management, people, timesheet, e-invoice, and e-signature. This provided a single collaborative platform that centralized construction information, streamlined processes, and delivered real-time budget insights via a Business Intelligence module. This allowed the project's cost controllers to quickly identify deviations and keep the project on track. As a result, over 150 employees across the joint ventures now use KPD’s software daily for efficient, structured collaboration throughout the project's lifecycle.
