Dick Hannah Dealerships, a family-owned auto group of about 1,000 employees across 18 Pacific Northwest locations, struggled with siloed HR and EHS programs, inconsistent safety meetings, training gaps, and poor documentation. To address these risks the company engaged KPA, leveraging KPA’s EHS/safety management software, SDS library, consultants, and later their HR compliance/workforce management system.
KPA delivered an integrated EHS and HR platform plus on-site consulting that automated training assignments, centralized SDS and chemical records, and provided electronic onboarding, document and performance management and disciplinary trails.
