Profitability and Safety Go Hand-in-Hand at Kelly BMW

Kelly BMW, a family-owned Columbus, Ohio dealership with 65 employees, needed to maintain safety and regulatory compliance while running a high-volume service center. To manage online safety training, OSHA logs, and Safety Data Sheets—and to ramp up COVID-19 PPE training—Kelly BMW partnered with KPA and uses the KPA Vera Suite platform along with KPA’s PPE Focus on Safety training and on-site support from KPA EHS Consultant Gloriana Corman.

KPA implemented Vera Suite to assign and track training, store SDS, produce OSHA 300 forms with one click, and provided quarterly on-site inspections and targeted PPE training. As a result, Kelly BMW reports faster, safer incident responses, simplified OSHA reporting, and measurable benefits including lower workers’ compensation costs, fewer missed work days, and reduced equipment repair expenses—improving the dealership’s bottom line.
