Campers Inn RV, a family‑owned dealership operating more than 30 locations with over 1,100 employees, faced rapid growth from acquisitions and pandemic disruptions that made standardizing HR, safety and compliance processes difficult. As a result, Campers Inn reports a culture shift toward proactive risk‑spotting, no major injuries and a reduction in eye injuries, easier onboarding during acquisitions and reopening, and stronger compliance — outcomes Campers Inn credits to KPA’s tools and service.
