A KPA Case Study
LAcarGUY, a third‑generation, family‑owned group of 13 Los Angeles dealerships, faced the heavy compliance demands of California’s automotive finance and insurance rules—everything from IRS Form 8300 training to proper Buyer’s Guides, avoiding deceptive practices, and proving accountability across finance teams. To meet those needs, LAcarGUY turned to KPA and its Vera Suite compliance and workforce management platform.
KPA implemented Vera Suite in 2020, worked with LAcarGUY to build a 23‑course curriculum, and rolled out training and biannual on‑site audits for roughly 60 managers plus office staff across 13 locations. KPA’s software, auditing, and support gave LAcarGUY one centralized system for weekly monitoring, audit reports, and issue tracking; compliance rose from about 90% to 95% (now “in the green”), managers gained accountability, and the dealer estimates significant cost savings.
