KPA Flex Helps Cannabis Grower Keep Workforce Safe and Compliant

PharmaCann, a large vertically integrated cannabis producer licensed in six states, faced rapid workforce growth (from ~300 to 1,400 employees) and complex multi-site operations across cultivation, processing, manufacturing, packaging, warehousing and retail. Relying on Google Docs proved inadequate for managing high volumes of training, regulatory reporting, and on-demand learning needs, so PharmaCann engaged KPA and its KPA EHS software to address these challenges.

KPA implemented a customizable EHS platform with learning management, HR integration, incident reporting, audit-ready recordkeeping, and on-site kiosks to deliver, track and analyze training and safety activities. As a result, PharmaCann gained faster onboarding visibility, streamlined audits, improved dispatching of safety resources, and—most importantly—reduced near-miss incidents and first-aid costs by focusing prevention through actionable reports and safety observations.
