Why Kovair was Selected for a Large Federal Agency

The Large Federal Government Agency's IT department was struggling with a fragmented SDLC: engineering, support and delivery divisions — plus contractor development environments — used disparate GOTS/COTS tools that created silos, manual handoffs, poor traceability between requirements, tests and defects, manual consolidated reporting, and limited visibility.
