Large Chip Tool Company faced a two-year enterprise migration of its corporate ERP from Oracle to SAP after a merger, spanning 12 functional tracks (50+ sub-tracks), 20+ technologies and distributed teams of 600+ users across time zones. To manage 1,300+ high-level change requirements, 2,100+ delivery packages and 2,200+ project documents—and to unify isolated lifecycle tools—the customer engaged Kovair Software and adopted Kovair ALM Studio (with Kovair Omnibus for tool integration).

Kovair Software configured Kovair ALM Studio with GAP Requirement and Delivery Package workflows, created master objects for tracks/sub-tracks/technologies, and implemented bi-directional real-time synchronization with HPQC via Kovair Omnibus. The solution centralized governance, automated task generation, and delivered dashboards and reports (examples: 508 GAP requirements, 525 delivery packages, 253 project documents) that improved visibility, productivity and response times—enabling the migration to be executed on time, on budget and with the required quality.
