HSBC, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations serving around 38 million customers across 67 countries, faced fragmented toolchains and manual processes that slowed software delivery and jeopardized data accuracy. Seeking a DevOps solution beyond the limited integrations of Jenkins, HSBC selected Kovair Software’s Omnibus Integration Platform (Kovair Omnibus) to unify disparate commercial and in‑house tools and improve cross‑team data integrity.

Kovair Software implemented Kovair Omnibus, delivering out‑of‑the‑box integrations (75 supported connectors) and the ability to integrate HSBC’s in‑house tools. Initial integrations included CA GSD, RTC, JIRA Agile and HP ALM, and 14 globally distributed teams are already collaborating through the platform. HSBC plans to onboard 88 tools over three years, with Kovair Software enabling seamless communication, faster delivery cycles and more reliable reporting across operations, development and quality teams.
