Young Henrys, a brewery running a tasting bar and regular offsite events, needed a faster, portable point-of-sale and an integrated way to capture sales and accounting to reduce admin time and improve service. kounta was deployed on iPads and linked to Tyro and Xero so orders, card payments and receipts are processed instantly, sales can be taken at events with the same kit, and all transactions sync automatically to Xero. The result was quicker transactions, real-time sales reporting by event or week, reduced admin work, more staff time for customers, and the ability to manage the business remotely.
