kounta implemented a centralised POS solution that connected supply, production and sales data, giving the team real‑time visibility of stock and daily waste so they could weigh and track losses, run specials, tighten menus and optimise staff workflows. The result supported OzHarvest’s zero‑waste mission by diverting ingredients from landfill into menu items, increasing public engagement at the pop‑up and providing operators with the tools to reduce inefficiency and improve margins.
