Nigel Coffee, founded by Dan Dick in Camberwell, needed a reliable, easy-to-use point-of-sale and integrated payments setup to run a very small counter (just 3 m²) while handling heavy morning peaks (over 120 transactions between 9:00–10:30). To solve slow, error-prone manual card processing and cumbersome reconciliation, Nigel Coffee adopted kounta’s POS with an integrated Westpac Presto payment terminal and support from kounta’s setup team.
